Throughout the whole design process the [Retailworks, Inc./LMF Group] team was very collaborative and responsive. We had a ton of content; 75 years worth to dig through. They did a great job of balancing the amount of content we had and what we wanted to show along in balancing that with their actual design. And throughout the process they took our ideas into account. They incorporated them. And we also had a lot of really good ways to communicate back and forth, mostly through shared cloud folders and documents and edits.
